Joining two pieces of copper pipe together is easily achieved using a coupling of the correct size. The coupling can be end feed, which requires additional solder or it can be a solder ring fitting (Yorkshire fitting). Preparation of the pipe is critical and flux must be used to clean the copper before soldering.
